The Great Wonders of the Beast has caused the Suffering of the Masses

In the Book of Revelation there was a second beast that came up out of the earth to cause all the earth to worship the first beast that had seven heads and ten horns. It was only able to convince the nations by the miraculous wonders it was able to do. What are these wonders and what have their effects been on the peoples of the world?
