In life the better you feel – the better you do. However, with establishing your career, building a successful business, and trying to motivate your clients, staff (and yourself), you can sometimes lose sight of this and end up feeling scattered and exhausted. This not only robs you of the joy you deserve, but also reduces your performance in the very areas that you are working so hard to succeed.

The truth is that you can have all the latest and best “tools”, but if you are not in the right mental, physical and emotional state to use them they are useless to you and the people you want to serve. (And of course this just leads to even more frustration and stress.)

When you have a strategy that helps you to stay balanced and be your best, you will be able to truly use all of the great skills and strategies you’ve worked so hard to learn!

Join me with my special guest, Dr. Ganz Ferrance, or “Dr. Ganz”, who has been featured nationally on Good Morning Canada. He has had an ongoing monthly segment on CTV’s Noon News, for the past 8 years as well as his regular stints on CBC radio and Alberta Primetime’s Health and lifestyle segments.

He is the former Vice-President of the Psychologist’s Association of Alberta. He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology and an M.A. in Developmental and Educational Psychology.

A media favorite, Dr. Ganz presents his information in a no-nonsense way he calls his “Tweed-free” Guarantee. Audiences in the United States and Canada enjoy his fun, engaging, and life-changing presentations on beating stress and building superior relationships.
