Naturally Healthy  

Jamilah Shakir introduced upcoming segments' format and metamorphosis for Naturally Healthy to include: natural hair health (first Saturday), physical health (second Saturday), emotional health (third Saturday with Dr. Nathaniel Wilson), spiritual health (fourth Saturday).

The introduction of the new show "The Spiritual Moms' Corner as a part of the Spiritual Envoy's, www.blogtalkradio/thespiritualenvoy or www.thespiritualenvoy.com, was introduced and the co host Danah Hilden was the guest.  Both Jamilah Shakir and Danah Hilden are mothers, community advocates, healthy parenting advocates and educators, lovers of children, and friends of God shared the upcoming shows dedicated to helping children and parents to embrace a broad vision  and solutions to help make our world a harmonious, healthy, and beautiful place to live. 

The upcoming show topics include: Celebrating children's strengths, Understanding and fostering a healthy relationship with God, "Un" prejudicing our children, Finding spiritual lessons in every experience, Daring to discipline, The 25 Rule, and Helping our children to understand death and life.  There will be invited guest to some shows and we welcome your calls and input.
