This time of year flu shots are promoted at nearly every drug store and doctor’s office. The purveyors seem to assume almost everyone should have one. If you have been tempted to get in line, know first of all that this year’s flu shot is for last year’s flu!

The viruses that circulated last season are incorporated into the next year’s vaccine, but the one’s in circulation may have altered themselves by then.

Flu shots often cause more flu that they prevent! Many vaccines have both living and dead viruses, some of them modified, making them more harmful. Meanwhile, the toxic metals and other ingredients undermine health in other ways, possibly impairing brain function, or creating terrible health problems like autism or cancer, and shortening life.

Most of the population has been convinced to accept the idea of medical immunization, especially of children, as necessary. The elderly, many already on multiple medications, are also targeted.

“Have you had your flu shot?” “Have your children been vaccinated?” It is wise to avoid this ill-informed practice. Learn to support the immune system instead.

Most pharmaceutical medicines, including vaccines, are a mix of chemical and biological components that include highly toxic ingredients.

Our health is determined by what happens in the cells of the body. If they are deficient in nutrients, stressed and impaired by toxins, they cannot perform properly and health may be poor.

If the cells have all that they need to produce energy, and not too much toxins and stress, health is likely to be good. Pursue the principals of natural health and avoid public poisons.
