NOTICE: There may be a sweetener in holiday treats and desserts! Is it sugar (cane or beet?), fructose, high fructose corn syrup, aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, stevia, honey, maple syrup, date powder, whole cane juice crystals or something else?

Sugar beets may be GMO, and almost all corn is. Refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup and alcohol dramatically encourage yeast growth.

When the yeast has overgrown significantly, it is called "candidiasis", the formal name for a candida yeast infection. This usually has noticeable negative effects on one's health. Yeast cells are like little toxin factories. As they emit their waste products, they toxify and irritate tissues. There are many common candida symptoms and yeast infection symptoms.
