One of the three pillars of natural health is relaxation. Exercise is a key part of that. Exercise helps with detoxification as well.

Waking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, aerobics, dancing, basketball, skiing -- there are lots of good ways to exercise.

Exercise may be less easy to accomplish in winter, especially when the outdoor weather is not favorable.

Plan a regular exercise routine. Exercise equipment such as a rebound unit and some hand weights can make a big difference in good indoor exercise. Rebounding is one of the best forms of exercise, supporting every cell in the body.
