All of us have been influenced in our thinking by paradigms arising from past ways of thought. For example, most of us hold assumptions about life presented as biblical principles such as the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule. Further, the western culture of Europe and the Americas is strongly based on the ideas of the Greek philosophers, especially Plato.

Many of us have also been exposed to “New Thought”, an eclectic approach to life drawing on wisdom from both western and eastern traditions.

As a lifelong student and practitioner of New Thought, with an educational background in economics, philosophy, Jungian depth psychology, counseling, natural health and holistic healing, the idea of holistic re-creation has grown.

Re-creation is creating anew for making it better. As the creative process is engaged tension is relaxed, distractions fade from interest, artificial limits to thinking can be bypassed and the mind is refreshed with expanded awareness.

The greater wisdom of re-creation is very important to the renewal of our individual lives, our society and our world.
