Mental health has become a major issue. Good sleep and proper nutrition are more important than ever. 

With inadequate sleep and poor nutrition, it is no wonder that people are disturbed by financial difficulties, social stress, threats of war and hypnotic brainwashing propaganda. Mental instability is a crisis with massive numbers of people, including children on psychotropic medicines.

Most people are victims to some degree of mass hypnosis. In addition to poor nutrition and sleep, mental health is also effected by public poisons, media programming, staged news events and the drugs themselves. 

Better nutrition, sound sleep, helping each other and awareness of the methods of mass control are very important.

It is time for an end to hate, harm and war. Awareness and the caring and mutual support of love and cooperation are growing.
