The immune system is under challenge more than ever from toxins, stress, fungus, bacteria, viruses, etc. Our overall health is being weakened.

Zika, Ebola, MRSA, Lyme disease, avian flu, TB and other deadly germs are circulating, but so far these are nowhere near as deadly as the annual flu. Fungi, yeasts and molds are also at play weakening immune health.

The threat of bio-engineered pandemic weapon viruses is being described in alternative media variously as serving the elite agenda of fear, distraction, a false flag to blame for the economy tanking, one of the crises to justify forced vaccination, quarantine and martial law, and a potential depopulation agent. 

We should be preparing and taking care of ourselves using common sense. It is essential to support the immune system with natural living and good sleep, antioxidants, silver, probiotics and herbs like larrea

If possible, have a plan to get away to a self-sufficient, isolated rural location if quarantines and/or vaccinations are likely to be enforced by martial law.

A strong immune system is essential for winter, especially with the challenges of both the flu and emerging infection agents. We must take steps to avoid public poisons and detoxify to protect intelligence and health.
