Today’s Theme: God’s Love (1John 4:7-21)

1. God is love. He showed his love through His son Jesus who lived in love on this earth and died on the cross for the remission of our sins.

2. His holy spirit allows us to identify with Him. It gives us the ability to see God in others. This love produces trust and the ability to rely on others when we see God working in them.

There is no fear in love. There is no love in fear. This fear, that causes bondage and persecution is not of God. Walking in love allows us to cultivate our spirits in a godly manner. I stated on my FB post: Love casts out fear because fear is torment and love is freedom. When you feel tormented by someone, they are using fear or operating in fear to control you. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. What happened to that person who lives fearful. Who imparted fear in their life? What circumstances formed someone to operate in fear. 

Proverbs 9:10 “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.”
