Caroline Jhingory, MSW is a weight loss expert and the author of the book "Half My Size How I Ate To Lose 150lbs." Her book was released in January 2013 during appearances on Good Morning America, Access Hollywood and Inside Edition. Caroline has also shared her amazing weight loss story on the Dr. Oz Show, the Today Show, the Huffington Post and in People, Essence and Shape magazines. She is featured in this month's Fitness Magazine February 2013. Ten years ago, Caroline lost over 150 pounds without gastric bypass surgery or commercial weight loss programs. She has maintained her weight loss to this day. Caroline attributes her success to her faith, healthy eating, consistent exercise and the support of her family. Please join me on February 16th at 12pm as Caroline shares her story of overcoming childhood obesity and food addiction. She will also share key strategies on losing the weight and keeping it off.
