Joe Moglia, the chairman of TD AMERITRADE will discuss his Be a Man program, his outstanding two years as the head coach of the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers and his legacy at TD AMERITRADE.

In 2013, Joe Moglia took the Coastal Caroline football team to its best year in history (10-2 for the regular season). He won Coach of the Year for the Big South Conference in his first year back to college football (2012). And lying at the heart of his success is something he calls BAM: Be a Man. We'll learn what that philosophy is all about. We'll also examine why he avoided the subprime meltdown and how he steered TD AMERITRADE to $800 million profit in 2008, when Merrill Lynch was bailed out and eTrade lost $1.3 billion.

Clearly Joe Moglia knows a thing or two about success.
