While many drug rehab statistics are nebulous, Narconon boasts a 76% success rate, based on a two year follow-up. A key to our success is the Narconon New Life Detoxification program. Through the use of a sauna, we provide body detoxification that can help eliminate or reduce cravings. Research has shown that, detoxification from drugs or alcohol should be followed by effective treatment to achieve long-term success. We provide that effective treatment. Our non-12 step approach provides life skills necessary to maintain sobriety and lead a successful life. These life skills will help the addict identify and resolve problems through learned techniques, rather than turn to drugs as they have in the past. For more information on how the Narconon program can help you or a loved one, go to www.drugsno.com or www.alternativesentence.com or call 877-413-3073.

This article from Hollyscoop regarding Lindsay Lohan deserves attention. If Lindsay is addicted to prescription drugs, then it does not matter if her father has to yell from the roof-tops to let the world know. Prescription drug abuse can be deadly – Oxycontin, Xanax, Adderall – these are things of death, not life.
It is not anything for a family to disagree about. If she is abusing prescription drugs, then she needs treatment. Let them argue about child support – but not this. The public has had enough bad news recently about prescription drugs.

"Earlier this week, Michael Lohan spoke out about his daughter Lindsay Lohan and her prescription drug addiction. He seemed sincerely concerned about his daughter. He mentioned that he did need the help of his ex-wife Dina Lohan in order to help Lindsay but it doesn’t seem like he’s gonna be getting that help. Dina told The Post that she doesn’t like the way Michael has been speaking to the press about his daughter and claims that he is “making things up.” Dina said, "I've had full custody of all my children for the last 10 years. He has been incarcerated for some of that time, so whatever is going on in Lindsay's personal life is our business. And for him getting paid to say things about her when he's five months behind in child support is wrong." It’s pretty sad that two parents can’t come together for the sake of their child who is clearly not doing so well. "
