CONFIDENCE
Today was a big day for successes at Narconon and several students wanted theirs published with the hope that others would read them and know that no matter how bad an addiction can seem, there is a way out.
The message is that no matter the drug – methamphetamine, heroin, cocaine, pot, or prescription medication, the path out is through self realization – one realization at a time.

I used to get focused on what I could not control and stuck on the "what ifs" and the “should haves" that everything seemed out of control.
The best thing I have learned is that I can control me and my decisions. I have gained such a confidence that I am going to be OK, that everything else seems not to be so overwhelming. I feel the energy and general well being all over and I can say I have not felt this great in a very long time.
