NARCONON REFLECTION
Here is a success story from a Narconon drug treatment student, written with the hope that others will read it and know that there is help available for them also.
Whether a person has abused heroin, cocaine, methadone, methamphetamine or pot, there is a way out.
"Today in course I was overwhelmed with the sudden realization that it is my place to establish myself in society, put my past behind me and start fresh, kind of like coming into a new existence.
I can’t change my past choices but I can change the way I look at life. I am passing from one phase in my life to another and altering my previous ways of doing things.
I am changing the way I used to think, the way I react to situations and people that led me in the wrong direction. It's up to me to close the door behind me.
I really feel that my mind is working in a much stronger way than it ever was and I can overcome things.
