Narconon of Georgia

While many drug rehab statistics are nebulous, Narconon boasts a 76% success rate, based on a two year follow-up. A key to our success is the Narconon New Life Detoxification program. Through the use of a sauna, we provide body detoxification that can help eliminate or reduce cravings. Research has shown that, detoxification from drugs or alcohol should be followed by effective treatment to achieve long-term success. We provide that effective treatment. Our non-12 step approach provides life skills necessary to maintain sobriety and lead a successful life. These life skills will help the addict identify and resolve problems through learned techniques, rather than turn to drugs as they have in the past. For more information on how the Narconon program can help you or a loved one, go to www.drugsno.com or www.alternativesentence.com or call 877-413-3073.

    USEFUL INFORMATION

$0This study is actually quite interesting and if used by states and drug treatment centers could help streamline drug rehab and prevention towards more effectiveness.$0$0$0$0It is interesting to note that drug addicts seem to be able to find their drug of choice wherever their travels may take them, no matter what state they come from.  I have learned this after interviewing drug addicts for years regarding their life and habits.  $0$0$0$0Narconon drug treatment 877-413-3073$0$0$0$0$0A new study from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) finds that the prevalence of illicit drug use -- and drug preferences -- vary widely among the states.$0$0$0$0$0The SAMHSA report, drawn from data gathered by the 2006 and 2007 National Surveys on Drug Use and Heath, found, for example, that use of drugs ranges from a low of 5.2 percent in Iowa to a high of 12.5 percent in Rhode Island. However, Iowa had one of the nation's highest rates of alcohol dependence.$0$0$0$0$0"This report shows that while every state faces its own unique pattern of public health problems -- these problems confront every state," said SAMHSA acting administrator Eric Broderick. "By highlighting the exact nature and scope of the problems in each state we can help state public-health authorities better determine the most effective ways of addressing them."$0$0$0$0$0Vermont led the nation in marijuana use, while Utah had the fewest marijuana users, the report said. Both rates were relatively low, however: 2.5 percent of Vermonters ages 12 and older reported marijuana use, compared to 1.6 percent of Utahns. Utah also had the lowest rate of underage drinking (17.3 percent), whereas 40 percent of North Carolina youth under age 21 reported drinking.$0$0$0$0$0The report, which includes state-specific data on 23 measures of addiction and mental-health problems, is published on the $0$0$0$0$0http://www.jointogether.org/news/headlines/inthenews/2009/drug-use-varies-from-state-to.html$0$0 $0$0$0$0$0$0
