How many times a day do you think of "who is going to screw you over" or "who has already screwed you over".

It is incredibly discouraging to work in a company where the owner, boss, manager has nothing but disdain and disrespect for everyone he comes in contact with.  A man who is so sure his employees, his clients, anyone he works a deal with are all out to "get him" and maybe even his wife ( after 36+ years of marriage) will "screw him over" that success, peace and happiness continues to allude him... ( SIGH )

The energy that it takes to maintain such bitterness is mind boggling -  and if you try to understand it or challenge it...well, you can't, there are no words.   THe logic is flawed and distorted. 

It is such a tragedy and waste of talent, the spiritual gifts God has given, the wasted moments, the lost joy, the hurt he has caused others  is not even realized because in his mind - he is the victim.

STOP !!!!  VICTIMSTANCE is exhausting to you and to the people around you who feel it, witness it, feel the brunt of it and have to "manage it" in order to exist in your world.  Stop lying to yourself -  Does any of this sound familiar to you ?  If it does, only you can change.
