Starting in 1969m she worked in the entertainment business for 17 years in numerous tv and films including Stark Trek and many others... she was was Mary Tyler Moore's stand-in in her hit sit com and designed clothes for Valerie Harper on Rhoda. In 1989 she founded, published and edited The City Planet, the environmental newspaper for a greater Los Angeles. And now she joins us to discuss her views on raw food, vegetarianism and spirituality. Is her amazing health and longevity due to her healthy diet or her positive outlook on life?
