Tonight's special guest is Dr Jill Jones-Soderman, PHD, MSW, MSHS, a NAASCA family member and volunteer from New York City, founder of the Foundation For The Child Victims Of The Family Courts (fcvfc.org). In the private practice of psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mediation and child advocacy for over 35 years, Jill's involvement includes continuing her education on interdisciplinary studies in psychoanalysis and court case forensics. A major interest and ongoing aspect of her work involves the study of the violation of civil rights and confidentiality in various provinces of the Court system, with particular emphasis on the abuses in Family Courts throughout the country. Jill is known as a diligent fighter for her clients, and is available as an expert witness, and for legal forensic advocacy and consultation in cases involving children's and parents' legal and civil rights. As an experienced clinical forensic advocate, she is directly involved in the analysis, strategy and witness for trial/hearing preparation leading to resolution of high conflict custody cases. She's published many books and articles in her fields of expertise and has been heard on radio and TV as a child advocate and expert witness on Family Court issues. She also has an important presence on the Internet, having created a web platform for whistleblowers of all stripes (USwhistleblower.org).
