SPECIAL TOPIC Night - The topics for tonight's show will involve various issues from the world of public safety and child abuse and trauma. We'll introduce our special guest Forensic Psychologist Dr. Debra Warner, Psy.D., a Los Angeles based educator and violence prevention expert. She'll describe her background and experience on this, her initial appearance. Debra will explain how she's not only engaged in understanding issues of child abuse and trauma from a professional perspective, but also from a personal one. Members of her own family have been victims of predators. She'll share how she's participated in their struggle with surviving and thriving. But tonight is just the first of her numerous, ongoing appearances on "Stop Child Abuse Now." NAASCA is pleased to announce that Dr. Warner will be a regular special co-host on upcoming Tuesday night question-and-answer style community participation shows. In subsequent weeks, Debra will help SCAN host Bill Murray field questions and lead topic discussions suggested by our call-in audience members.
