SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "For Our Kids" - Deborah Maddison, Tracy Baxter, Angela Borths and Joan Zanard will lead the discussion about the Rights of Children and Families in North America in a series of bi-weekly shows dealing with the subject. Tonight's episode will commence with a quick update with Dr. Ruby Dillon to let people know the status of the case since the last show. Following that will be two new stories. Author Jane Wells from California of ‘Run Jane Run’, a True Story of Murder and Courage will be coming on to discuss the terrors she and her children faced in their desperate attempt to escape a violent and controlling abuser. She will also be discussing the Systemic Bullying faced by herself, her children and her grandchildren and her brave fight to re-unite her family in a system that seems to favor criminals over victims and punish the innocent. Next we'll be bringing on Monika Wesolowski from Virginia to share her harrowing tale of corruption and abuse when her young son was legally kidnapped by the state. From trying to have a SWAT team arrest her to threatening to adopt him out to strangers for speaking out and fighting for her son, this battle has been ongoing for over 8 months and the tactics beyond abusive. On tonight's show, we are very excited to welcome Legal and Social Advocate Joe Lewis from Rochester, New York. Joe is an impressive Legal Advocate who has started an innovative new legal program to help deal with the many problems faced by people caught in the system. ~~ Every two weeks a new THEME will be presented in this series, with frequent special guests speaking from their own experience. ~~ Please see our web page at: www.NAASCA.org/ForOurKids or write to: naasca.forourkids@gmail.com
