Tonight's SPECIAL GUEST is Marc Klaas of California, President and Founder of Klaas Kids Foundation, and father of victim Polly Klaas. On March 31st and April 1st, KlaasKids will be participating in the National Child Abuse Prevention Month kickoff in Sacramento, CA. We will join forces with thousands of volunteers, businesses, and organizations from coast to coast to raise awareness and much-needed funding. Mark Lunsford and Mark Sconce, who both lost their children to abduction and murder, will lead a motorcycle rally from California to Washington D.C. and back. Mr Klaas is a seeminly tireless advocate for Child Safety, and an avid supporter of Megan's Law. In his words, "The KlaasKids Foundation was established in 1994 to give meaning to the death of my twelve-year-old daughter kidnap and murder victim Polly Hannah Klaas and to create a legacy in her name that would be protective of children for generations to come. Conceived with an initial investment of $2,000 the Foundation's mission is to stop crimes against children. America's continued evolution is predicated on the unspoken promise of past generations that we will give our children a better world than was given to us."
