So, tonight we will continue our discussion on "My Healthy Food Lifestyle " This will be Part 2. It has been 3 weeks now and I am feeling better already. I have tried over and over again to eat healthy so that I will be able to lose weight the right way. All my life I have attempted to beat this challenge. But to no a veil, I am defeated each time. But this is a new day and a new time and I am determined to complete the challenge.
I can remember one good time in life that I lost weight and that was when I was a recruit at the training academy for my job as a correction officer. I kept the weight off for many years. I always stayed fit for my Job. It was only in the 15th year I began having challenges with my weight. I had a few surgeries and after that, it became very difficult to lose the extra weight. And also age was a big factor in the majority of my weight gain. And trust me eating fast food was no help... So, tonight take this challenge with me and let's find out how I can complete this challenge.
