Sharon Fox has been obsessed with food since she was a very small child. Over the past 36 years she has worked in the food industry on many different levels. Starting from the bottom and working her way up, she has been everything from a cashier in a burger joint to catering private parties, teaching healthy cooking classes, studying Pharmacy and Nutrition, working as a Private Chef, to becoming Food Editor for three magazines and self-publishing a collection of cookbooks. Sharon's love and passion for food really shines through in every task she takes on. "I feel that food brings everyone together. A good meal has no boundaries of race, gender, economic level, or religion." After the release of COMFORT FOOD for the Mind, Body, and Soul, she received many requests for special diet recipes. Taking all of the questions and requests into consideration, she did lots of research and worked diligently to write HEALTHY FOOD for Diabetes, Celiac Disease and You! Sharon now resides in Valley, Alabama. She's the mother of 4 sons, grandmother to 2, and loved and respected by numerous others. When she's not cooking, she loves to travel and meet new people. Her hobbies include reading inspirational literature, enjoying all types of music, and spending time outdoors. She also loves animals, especially dogs. Sharon is very creative and stays busy developing her many skills.In the future she plans to partner with her sons to market their line of gourmet grilling sauces and spices. Sharon is currently working with one of her sons in developing a Baby Spa line of products for little ones
