Mz.Gloria World of Love & Poetry

Time and Life is so very precious...take nothing or no one for granted...tell EVERYONE who means something to you...THAT YOU CARE! Please remember to pass kindness onto all who may cross your path, be it family, friends, loved ones or strangers.....for you may not know just how much of a difference you can make in someones life...please do that for me! A SMILE costs you nothing, but creates much with it's lasting effects. It enriches those who receive it, without impoverishing those who give it. RENEWING YOUR SPIRITS

    RENEWING YOUR SPIRITS

We all experience the pressures of life. Sometimes it can be challenging to stop the daily chaos and renew our spirits, but it doesn't have to be time-consuming, expensive or hard to incorporate spiritual healing into your daily life. If you are looking to find ways for spiritual healing, you may want to try a prayer.

The more passionate we are about our lives, the more vital it is that we take time to renew our own spirits -- to reflect on the wellsprings of our service to ourselves and to others as we reconnect who we are with what we do. Taking time to quiet ourselves and reflect on the meaning of the seasons in our own lives, we are better able to renew our spirits and our commitments. As we are renewed, we are more able to contribute to the renewal of our professions, workplaces, families, and communities.

No matter what your spiritual or religious beliefs, prayer can renew your spirit. While many people pray when they need help or are experiencing life difficulties, prayer can be a daily practice that serves to give thanks and express gratitude for life. Simply saying ‘thank you’ and mentally or verbally listing the many things you have to be grateful for is one of the best forms of prayer and can keep your spirit enlivened and connected to joy.

Meditation is also a wonderful way to experience spiritual healing. Taking a few minutes out of your day to quiet your mind and center within yourself can transform the spirit. Our minds are constantly running and taking in information. Meditation allows for a quieting of the mind so that you may intuitively feel your own internal messages.

Explore the different means of spiritual healing to find the best and most appropriate way to connect to the source of all-that-is and become your highest expression. Gather to find that voice inside us, that voice that brought us to this profession, that voice that energizes us daily. Look to connect with old friends and form the foundations with new ones. Gather to inspire and learn from one other. Gather to recommit to your life, commitments and responsibilities as you gather to commit to those in your life. Gather to refine your shared vision, to hone your message and to speak with a powerful collective voice as you gather to renew your spirits.

The practice of reflection, journalizing, and deep listening are part of the fabric of your approach to renewing your spirit in your life as you hear different perspectives. Renew your spirits, while finding a well spring of joy that resides deep within you.
God/Allah/Jehovah or whomever you worship uses different methods to renew our interest by using many methods, through a messenger, personal evaluation, adversity, encouragement.  He renews our spirits when they become complacent, ambivalent, or discouraged. We need to get our priorities straight - and keep them there. Misplaced priorities rob us of finances and fulfillment. God/Allah/Jehovah or whomever you worship  sends us challenges to see why we are not where we want to be. God/Allah/Jehovah or whomever you worship blesses us when we respond by being responsible. Make plans for your future and renew your Spirit!  A time of thought, as you reflect upon those qualities that make your Spirits soar.

    STRENGTHS
    1. Learner - People strong in the Learner theme have a great desire to learn and want to continuously improve. In particular, the process of learning, rather than the outcome, excites them.
    2. Relator - People strong in the Relator theme enjoy close relationships with others. They find deep satisfaction in working hard with friends to achieve a goal.
    3. Responsibility - People strong in the Responsibility theme take psychological ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty.
    4. Individualization - People strong in the Individualization theme are intrigued with the unique qualities of each person. They have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively.
    5. Belief - People strong in the Belief theme have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for their life.

    (Prayer)
Oh, Heavenly Creator, help us live so close to you that we may touch everyone with Your love and tenderness. Help us keep our priorities straight giving You the first place in our lives. Help us to see what You are telling us to rebuild. Open our eyes to the unfinished projects for You that we may have abandoned out of fear or discouragement. We give thanks to You, and for our blessings and to renew our spirits with family, loved ones, friends and associates, enemies and strangers, we give thanks to You for sharing our lives, hearing the stories of our faith, renewing our spirits, and discover strength and hope to meet the challenges and the blessings of our daily lives. Amen
