He has given us the Spirit "of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7);

 

Renewing your mind is the same thing as changing your Mindset, and it is this renewing of the mind it lets us have brand new attitudes, goals, ideals, opinions, desires, and ideas about our lives. Your mind is the thing that has control over every single one of your actions. You mind controls your thoughts. Your mind tells your body exactly what to do. It tells your mouth what words to speak. It tells your eyes what to look at. It tells your ears what things to pay attention to and what things to tune out. It tells your brain what to think about. It tells your entire being how to respond in every single situation.  The purpose of mental renewing is your personal transformation. Renewing your mind is not a one time event but rather it is a life long process. It's a lifestyle. If You Can Imagine It, You Can Have It.

 

Knowledge is not enough; we must apply. Willing is not enough; we must do."  Learn to think differently. And you must keep your eye on the goal gain control over your thoughts. Renew your mind making it strong, tough, firm, durable, like a strong wall that's being able to resist and endure attack, and not easily defeated, being deep rooted.  To perform well, morally powerful, having strength of character or will, able to think vigorously and clearly, governing or leading with firm authority.

 

The renewing of a persons mind needs to become one of the very first priorities in their life today and it gives new spiritual strength to it. All of the negative content did not get there overnight, and it does not leave overnight for it is a process. The process involves replacing the existing negative content with new positive content. Positive words and positive thinking acts as a spiritual detergent as it replaces the garbage in your mind with postive-inspired content. That is why it is so critical what you watch the negative words you speak out of your mouth to others and watch the negative words that you listen to from others. For what is in your mind ultimately manifests itself in your day-to-day decisions and actions. The reason most of us have self esteem issues is that we never successfully clean out the old thoughts and information in our minds with clean positive information, God/Allah/Jehovah or whomever you may worship is forever and always inspired information. 

 

Take the time to make an effort to spend each day cleansing your mind of negative words and thoughts.How we "make sense" of something that determines how we respond to it with body-emotions and external behaviors.   Don't forget, the cleansing process is only part of the problem. You then have to KEEP IT CLEANSED by not putting any kind of negative content back in. This battle is won or lost in your mind. Realize that your mind is the battle zone and treat it accordingly like the temple God/Allah/Jehovah or whomever you may worship intended it to be. PROTECT IT!  When you believe have faith in ideas and concepts truths, you are committing your life to be guided by those truths. You are giving power to them and permission to the Holy Spirit to empower you. These truths merge with who you are deep down inside yourself your heart. You become the truths and the truths become you.

 

Psalms 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Dear Father  ( God/Allah/Jehovah or whomever you may worship) We ask you to let the beauty of your love and positive living and wording today find its way into all the many hearts and lives you have created.  Give us all the strength, the ability of obligation and duty to spread the gifts of kindness, love, the gift of giving and sharing, compassion, understanding and unity amongst one another. Please Father help to give us renewed minds, body, hearts, souls and spirit as we learn to believe and have complete faith that you will never forsake us. Help us to pray the prayer to discard all the lies and deceptions that may come into our lives and replace them with the truth. Give us patience and the ability to learn how to wait on You as you bestow blessings of Joy, Love, Courage, Happiness, Peace at Heart, Security and Protection this life has to offer upon us, as you stand as our number one weapon against any evil that may come into our lives.
