Welcome to our Meditation Show! Meditation is defined in many ways. Simply put, it is a holistic exercize that brings us into a higher state of consciousness. In other words, it helps to put our mind, body, and spirit into a deep, restful, relaxed state. This discipline is used for a variety of purposes such as; stress relief, anxiety, and mental awareness just to name a few. Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years in ALL cultures. Taking the time to meditate on a regular basis can bring many positive changes to our health and well being. This unique state of restful alertness reduces heightened activity in the central nervous system, reduces blood pressure, and develops 'total' brain functioning. The end result is having a healthy cardiovascular system, a strong immune system, and clear, balanced, cognitive awareness. Whether you are a beginner or not this Meditation Show was designed to provide you with limitless areas of the practice. We offer a variety of soft music, and guided meditations to get you started on the path to enlightenment. Please utilize this show as often as needed throughout the day and night. We recommend at least a 20 minute meditation twice a day to rejuvenate your spirit, clear your mind, and heal your body.
