Welcome to Shadow Radio Wednesday with co-hosts Justin Gerald, Travis Shortt and Wendy S!
On this episode we have very special guests from the Native American Paranormal Project!
N.A.P.P. or the Native American Paranormal Project was created by Mark D. Williams in the fall of 2011. It's objective is to enter locations historically significant to Native Americans and known to have been inhabited by spirits or unknown entities of the Native American paranormal persuasion.
Teamed with members of various tribes they are to enter these sites armed with only a camera, recording devices and a flashlight.
Mark and others from NAPP will be discussing their upcoming Fort Washita Documentary and investigations and some of their other Projects - past, present and future.
The Fort Washita Documentary is set to premiere Halloween Weekend, 2013 in Durant, Oklahoma
Fort Washita was established in 1842 in the Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, as the southwestern-most military post of the United States. The mission of the soldiers was to protect the recently immigrated Choctaw and Chickasaw Indians. The Southern Plains Indians to the west and non-Indian intruders posed threats to the peace and stability of the region.
It has a history full of conflict and tragedy - a place where restless spirits continue to make their presence known..
