Woody Allen's new movie, "Irrational Man," opened several weeks ago to bad reviews. Your host, philosopher-lawyer Dr. Steve Katz, thinks it is one the the best Woody ever made. "Irrational Man" named after Dr. Katz's former NYU graduate school philosophy teacher's book of the same name (William Barrett was the best philosophy teacher Dr. Katz ever had), is a study of the consequences of orgastic impotence as defined by Dr. Wilhelm Reich and raises disturbing questions on current social problems. Contrarry to those who think of Woody as an atheist leftist, the God of the Old Testament shows he is very much alive and active in our world in this film.
