Life In and Focus on the Developments of The Rockaways

On Tuesday May 1st at 11am, MyRM will launch a new radio show series that focuses on the Life In and Focus on the Developments of The Rockaways. The series will look into issues of living, health care, jobs/unemployment, gun violence, gang activities, education challenges and developments, housing and availability, safety and social issues.

There have been many new developments in the community that have raised many questions from the residents, but with little or no clear answers. We will be hosting special panel discussions, interviews, special guest elected officials, community leaders, educators, parents and concerned citizens of the community as we get to know and learn more of our community while rebuilding it.

This is about constructive and productive dialog on these issues and looking to our future and the ways in which we must come together as a unified community to sustain our quality ways of life. There are great challenges ahead of us as we adjust and redevelop a strategy for the community to bring it back to a great standard of safe living for everyone.
