Ask Your Mother

Each week, Rev, Mother Kristina Rake, M.A., M.Div., answers questions posed to her by the audience via Facebook, email, blogtalk messenger, and phone. Questions can run the gamut of subjects, from advice about family and children to questions about why angels carry swords and the science of spirituality.  

Rev.  Mother is a priest and Bishop elect in the United States Old Catholic Church. She has masters degrees in scripture and theology and teaches both at St. Mary's Old Catholic Seminary. She is also the author of numerous articles and the book, God and the Paranormal Ghosts, Mediums, and the Afterlife in the Bible.

She is a member of Mensa and a standardized test and curriculum expert. She is also part of Project PSi, a scientific research inquiry founded by Dr. Chuck Kennedy, Ph.D., that investigates the scientific and neurological underpinnings of religious experience and the afterlife.
