Coach Diana continues here exploration with Self-nurturing=Self-Confidence=Law of Attraction.

Embracing Mindfulness is continuing to embrace self-love and self-love.   Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose, being aware of our actions, our surroundings.  When Buddah was once asked what he and his desciples practiced, he answered "We sit, we walk, we eat." "Doesn't everyone  sit, walk and eat?" to which he replied "Yes, but when we sit we know we are sitting, when we  walk we know we are walking, and we eat we know we are eating."  So this is the mindfulness in our life a sense of "witnessing" of the moment in our life. 

The main focus today will be in how minfulness is a way of noticing our life learning about the nuances around us  that will make us aware of self.

Stop resisting life, let moments happen as they are.  When you are not mindful you live life without knowing the specialty of the moment.  We live life striving for what's next, instead of savoring the wonderful aroma of the present.
