We live in a tech world, television has commercials that tell us what to buy, how a certain product will make us look more beautiful, magazines show us pictures of "perfect" looking people.  We are contantly bombarded by visual representations of how we should be, look and act.  So we often end up looking at ourselves in the mirror and comparing to see if we have what it takes.  Our self-confidence is constantly being bombarded.  So, Coach Diana will be talking about ways that we can improve our self-confidence.  How it takes discipline and constant mental work to improve and keep our self-confidence.
