Hi everyone,

You might have noticed last week's show on the 4A's seems to have disappeared. I'm not sure exactly what happened. My intro song selection played loud and clear and then absolute silence... for 60 minutes. I get to practice!

Tonight, I learned a valuable lesson about BlogTalkRadio's system too. If you don't schedule your slot, you lose it! So I'll be broadcasting tonight at 6pm Pacific rather than my regularly scheduled time of 7pm Pacific. More practice!

The good news is you can never miss a show at BTR! And fans arriving at 7pm tonight will still get to hear what I've been prepared to talk about for several weeks now and so beautifully supports me in this very moment... the 4 A's.

1) Acknowledge your feelings.
2) Allow time to/for your process.
3) Ask yourself, "What am I committed to?"
4) Act on the commitment!

I am frustrated!!!!! And I committed to showing up fully in my life; the messiness of it, the beauty of it, the synchronicity of it... and trust it! So 6pm it is!
