Your internal dialog isn’t always kind when critiquing the many things that you feel have gone wrong or right in your life. In fact, a lot of the time the dialog is downright negative, even when it’s couched with fake loving ownership. Not only is this not helpful in finding solutions to your problems and answers to the question that you have about your life and where to go with your life, it also creates other things that we must deal with. Namely lack, limitation, fear, illness, anger, stagnation etc.
