As an entertainment reporter, I chat with celebrities and content creators daily, and oftentimes I'm lucky enough to gain insight into the business from artists that have influenced me both personally and professionally.

I'm also a writer -- a storyteller, with a wickedly-vivid imagination, but like many writers, I struggle with writer's block and doubt. During this episode, I'll share with you the wonderful advice I received from writer/producer Lee Daniels ("Empire," "Precious") about the art of storytelling and overcoming fear and doubt, especially if you're a writer of color.

I'll also be joined by Edward M. Erdelac, the author of eleven novels including Monstrumfuhrer, the Merkabah Rider series, and Andersonville from Random House. His fiction has appeared in dozens of anthologies and periodicals including the Stoker award winning After Death and Star Wars Insider Magazine. News and excerpts from his work can be found at http://www.emerdelac.wordpress.com
