Larry "Lak" Henderson and Dr. Eddie Moore Jr. discuss and enlighten on the popular usage of words such as “niggas bitches & hoes (whores)” within the context of popular culture and in Hip-Hop.  They also discuss ways in which Hip-Hop can serve as an transformative educational tool for both youth and adults.

Larry "Lak" Henderson is the co-founder, CEO, recording artist and co-executive producer of Smart Music Entertainment. He has recently put out a new album called Lesson One: Hip-Hop & Education.Lesson One: Hip-Hop & Education hits on topics such as money management, African-American impact, history, politics, female empowerment and more, while bringing Hip Hopback to its original essence.

Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr., currently serves as Director of Diversity at Brooklyn Friends School in Brooklyn, NY.  His presentation, “The N!gga (er) Word: Is There a Message in The Madness?” receive positive reviews from around the country. Dr. Eddie Moore, Jr. is the founder and program director for the White Privilege Conference (WPC) which features national and international experts on issues of diversity, privilege and leadership.
