    Fed cuts interest rates by 25 basis points as expected

    As we discussed on 4/27's show, the Fed cut interest rates yesterday. The Dollar responded by immediately selling off. We are still anticipating an attempt at a rally, particularly in light of the recent steep devaluation. This rally will be short-lived though as fundamentals will assert themselves and the Dollar's weak position will be revealed once again.
