Join Kim as she tackles this topic that needs to be more in the forefront of all of us today. Crime is costly to society on multiple levels. In addition to direct costs such as property loss, medical expenses and lost income due to injury, there are the intangible costs experienced by victims in the form of pain and suffering. Much crime also goes unreported to the police, so it can be beneficial to have alternate means available to more fully assess and examine peoples’ experiences with crime and its impact.
