Hello Diva JC, here is what my label says...Larry A Russell Eroica: I had my first swim today (07/07/09) since surgery 2 weeks ago...pool walking with back strokes, side strokes, and breast strokes but no kicking. It was great! I'm now able to move about almost entirely free of the walker. Standing erect and walking without houlding onto anything. I will have pain for another 4 to 6 weeks, and am working on full recovery within 2 to 4 months. I'm also thinking about our Turn On Records artist, Antoine Smith and his radio interview with Musicwoman. We are keeping an eye on Antoine as a very talented and highly motivated young musician/composer/percussionist and singer. He has everything he needs to hit the big time, and is willing to do the practicing, performing, and heavy duty promotional expertise and work ethic. We expect big things from you Antoine. Although it is the active ingredient in at least one toilet bowl cleaning tablet[citation needed], TSP is generally not good for cleaning bathrooms because it can corrode metal and can damage grout. [3] (TSP) an ingredient in Traivani toothpaste.

An alumni of North Texas State University, Ginetta plays trumpet with Latin, Merengue, Calypso and Compa bands on tour in Puerto Rico, South America, Trinidad, Haiti, Martinique and Guadeloupe. She was an honorary "Holmes Sister" with the incredible Holmes Brothers in New England and Nova Scotia. She was with the Albert Collins Band in New York. Ginetta played with the Boo Radleys in their U.S. debut Tour for 7 weeks and 40 states! The Vendetta was created so she could sing and play her originals and lead a band that plays worldwide, from Beirut to Kosovo. She is a festival favorite at Ocho Rios Festival, Pristina Jazz Festival in Kosovo, Gainesville Jazz Festival, The Hudson Black Arts Festival and many others! She won 3 billboard song competition awards and is a yearly reciepient of the AscaPlus Award for songwriting!
