Debbie Pierce was born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She began her musical career at six with piano lessons. She practiced at church, where people noticed her musical talents.  By 14, she was playing for church services and functions. In high school, Debbie was so curious that she was taking lessons on three other instruments, including saxophone, trumpet like her big brother, and the French horn like her little sister. She sings, also, and composes her own music.

Debbie holds a B.F.A. from Florida Atlantic University. She plays piano, keyboards, flute, saxophone, and clarinet, and performs classical, jazz, pop, and rock. She entertained thousands of listeners at weddings, cocktail parties, corporate functions, and other events. Debbie has accompanied Nancy Wilson, Doc Seversen, Robert Goulet, Eddie Money, Earl Wild, Lorin Hollander, and Yamos Starker. She has entertained at the Burt Reynolds Dinner Theater in Jupiter, FL
