Dan Treanor began playing guitar at 15 and learned the harp in the Mekong Delta in Vietnam.

Since then, his music has sustained him and entertained millions of fans.

In 2013, his band Dan Treanor's Afrosippippi Band with Erica Brown took 3rd place at the IBC.

Dan joins me to discuss his career and music and where he and the band are headed.

Guitarist Matt Baxter, and blues singer and bassist, Jake Sampson, have collaborated to create an authentic delta blues album, Haunted.

This collection of 10 originals will transport you back to the cotton fields of the Delta.

I will chat with both Matt & Jake about their lives and careers and how Haunted came to be.

Frano Paletta and his band, The Stingers, have come to Memphis for the IBC twice and keep the blues population in the Portland area happy as can be.

Franco has been a mainstay in the area since the 80's and we will discuss his long fruitful journey while listening to song from their latest, Can't Kick Love

Once again, Omar Kent Dykes returns to The Couch with new music.  This time it is his tribute album to Howlin' Wolf, Runnin' With The Wolf, which he will share the day before its release!  Omar is always a great interview.
