    There is a movie screen inside our minds eye that is dedicated to creating for us whatever image we relay to it. The unfortunate side of this is that many of us have been trained to use that part of our mind in a way that is more harmful than good. Often times we don't use it at all because we locate ourselves in front of the television set and allow all programming to take place from that level.
