One week ago as many as 20 14-19 year old kids participated in one of the most shocking crimes imaginable. Enticing a girl just leaving her homecoming dance to a secluded spot on the school grounds, the girl was given a large amount of brandy very quickly, became disoriented and was then the subject of a 2.5 hour assault. Authorities may try some of those involved as adults, one may receive life in prison. Some editorials have said this case merely shows a lack of respect for women.
