February has two events that on the surface don't have anything in common, however if we take another look, we'll see they share qualities that we must understand: The two events are Black History Month and Valentine's Day and the quality is ROMANCE.

In this broadcast we will study the role and purpose of HISTORY and the current manner in which Black History Month is observed.
