We have entered into another new year. Many people made new year resolutions - things they intend to do different in the new year. However, very few people achieve their resolution. According to statistics, 25% of Americans who made new year resolutions abandon them within the first week of the new year.
According to statisticsbrain.com, only 8% of those who make resolutions keep their resolutions for an entire year. Why are there so few people sticking with the commitment they made at the end of the previous year?
