At any given moment, we all can think of something we are not pleased with about ourselves. Some of the common things are weight (or some other physical feature), job/career, finances…the list can go on and on. When we identify these things, it can have a definite effect on our self-esteem and self-confidence if we focus our attention on them without seeking out ways to change them. At some point in our lives, majority of people have experienced lack of self confidence/self belief or low self esteem at some point in our lives.
Change is inevitable. With change, comes uncertainty. As things begin to progress and move forward in our lives, it is absolutely necessary that we change with it. As the quality of our lives improves, we must improve. We must continue to grow as we progress.
