Many of us are on a journey to eating healthier including myself. I am not a nutrtionist nor a doctor, but I can give some tips based on my experience, things I've learned, and experiences from others around me. Managing moderation is imporant and staying away from certain foods that are very bad for the health is vital. Food is also expensive and healthy food tend to be pricier, so finding ways to save money is always helpful even when not on a tight budget. Just because a woman may have a curvy body or a man may be muscular and tone, does not guarantee healthiness. Also you can never be too healthy, so there is always room for progress. Hope you will learn some healthy tips from this show.
