Actor Christopher Gorham returns to Mr. Media Radio sans ‘Betty,’ but plus another hit: ‘Covert Affairs’!

In Covert Affairs, starring Piper Perabo (“Coyote Ugly,” “Beverly Hills Chihuahua”), Christopher Gorham (“Ugly Betty,” “Jake 2.0”), Peter Gallagher (“The O.C.,” “American Beauty”), Kari Matchett (“Invasion”), Anne Dudek (“House,” “Mad Men”) and Sendhil Ramamurthy (“Heroes,” “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife”), we meet Annie Walker (Perabo), a young CIA trainee who is suddenly thrust into the inner sanctum of the agency after being promoted to field operative. While it appears that she has been handpicked for her exceptional linguistic skills, it may be something from her past that her CIA bosses are really after.

Christopher Gorham plays Auggie Anderson, a CIA military intelligence agent, blinded while on assignment, and Annie's guide in this world of bureaucracy, excitement and intrigue.

Audiences will likely best remember Gorham from his role on ABC’s “Ugly Betty” as Betty’s boyfriend, Henry, as well as the critically acclaimed CBS Series “Harper’s Island.” Prior to that, he was a series regular on the NBC comedy “Out of Practice” opposite Henry Winkler, Ty Burrell, Stockard Channing and Jennifer Tilly and also starred in NBC’s “Medical Investigation.” Other TV credits include recurring roles on both “Felicity” and “Party of Five.” Gorham also has guest-starred on such series as “CSI,” “Without a Trace,” “Boomtown” and “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.” He starred in “Jake 2.0.”
