Grief, Belief, Relief and Joy

Sometimes the negative seems to outweigh the positive.  Sometimes the effort seems like it's just too much.  Sometimes negative emotions seem to be the only ones that make sense, but what if we don't see the world as it is?  What if we see the world as we are?  How do we find the light when the world looks so dark?  That's what we'll be talking about today; how to find the light at the end of the tunnel.  Please join us.
